As Raconteur expands, we are looking to hire a Paid Social Manager to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the paid promotion of Raconteur branded and co-branded content across multiple social platforms and Google Ads, analysing data trends to make optimisation decisions, and recapping performance to ensure positive campaign results.

Reporting into the Growth Marketing Manager, this role will work closely with the wider data team as well as sales teams to deliver client campaigns. Your ultimate responsibility will be to build, test, develop, and optimise ads across multiple social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, as well as on Google’s search and display networks.

We are looking for someone who is keen to broaden their digital skillset. The successful candidate will have opportunities to work with the wider data team on a variety of functions including audience analytics, data strategy, ad ops, subscription/registration strategies and data visualisation.

Raconteur’s data team is in its infancy, so this is a fantastic opportunity to join at a key time and progress within the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Start-to-end management and ownership of your ad accounts

  • Coordinate the day-to-day admin and upkeep of campaigns across multiple platforms

  • Analysis of campaign performance and data

  • Optimisation of campaigns to improve results

  • Create and refine audiences to target with personalised copy

  • Coordinate and schedule regular creative refresh made on active ads

  • Write and AB test compelling ad copy to increase conversion and CTR

  • Internal and external reporting of performance to key stakeholders, demonstrating ROI to boost client retention

    The ideal candidate:

  • Similar experience in a Paid Social Manager or Performance Marketing role.

  • Have experience running both brand awareness and lead generation campaigns

  • Experienced using LinkedIn Business Solutions, Twitter Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics

  • Proven record of running successful campaigns and delivering on KPIs

  • Able to analyse data, test and optimise to maximise performance

  • Able to translate data and provide campaign reports

  • Have experience of managing campaigns on Google Ads

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills

  • A mathematical and analytical mind

  • Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and the ability to manage & analyse large sets of data

  • Experience of Google Ad Manager is a bonus
