Raconteur Agency is a leading B2B content and marketing agency. We’re currently working with some of the world’s most well-known B2B brands and are looking for a high-performing sales development representative who can help fuel Raconteur Agency’s next phase of growth. Joining a small, ambitious team, you will be equipped with a market leading proposition and outreach process. 

Top responsibilities

- Identify and connect with senior marketers in our key verticals: Financial Services, Professional Services, Human Resources, Legal and Technology

- Start conversations with senior marketers by telephone, email, events, LinkedIn and Twitter

- Build relationships and set meetings/appointments for the team 

- Work closely with departments to discover opportunities within existing client accounts

- Consistently record outreach in Salesforce CRM, producing weekly activity reports

- Meet or exceed weekly communication and outreach goals

- Share your learnings and suggest improvements in the sales process based on your conversations and insights

The ideal candidate

- Smart, tenacious, and persistent - you’re comfortable in having conversations and overcoming objections 

- Ambitious, goal orientated, hunter mentality - you thrive off identifying and connecting with new prospects

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

- Highly organised and methodical in your approach, with the ability to prioritise your time

- A fast learner who can quickly get up to speed with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools

- Minimum 1 years experience as an outbound sales development representative 

- An understanding of the content and marketing industry

- A passion for sales
