All candidates who apply directly to us have their CV automatically anonymised to minimise unconscious bias. This removes personal details such as names, gender and photos to ensure candidates are judged on their experience, not their background.

At interview, all candidates are assessed against five key attributes and marked on a scorecard. This ensures we are assessing candidates in a fair and consistent manner, and on a level playing field.
