We want people to make the most of their time with us by learning new skills, experiencing new things, and having the opportunity to learn and be challenged. We offer internal and external training to support our people’s development, a mentorship programme and clear routes for progression.
And these are not just empty commitments. In 2019, we won the AOP Award for ‘Employer Excellence’, recognising the work we put into employee engagement, wellbeing, CSR, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
