Our head of talent and inclusion is responsible for shaping, implementing and driving our strategy around diversity, equality and inclusion. She sits on the Leadership team and reports directly into our CEO. This ensures issues are addressed and action is taken with buy-in at the most senior level of our business.
Diversity and inclusion is a key performance indicator for our leadership-level employees in their bi-annual reviews. Our leadership team is required to provide evidence of how they have personally contributed to creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace. We believe that for diversity, equity and inclusion to truly work, we must all collectively be responsible for contributing to and promoting it.
Ethnicity and Gender Pay Gap Reporting
We conduct and publish our ethnicity and gender pay gap on an annual basis so we can assess progress and better understand if and where inequality exists in our workforce.
