Employee Engagement
At Raconteur we care about what our employees think, which is why we’ve teamed up with Peakon to regularly check how we are doing.
Peakon is an anonymous employee feedback platform. It measures the engagement of each employee on an individual level, as well as on a team and company-wide level.
Everyone who works here helps to shape Raconteur with their ideas and feedback, which is used to steer positive changes, as well as celebrate what we’re doing well.
We currently have a Peakon score of 9.4/10, putting us in the top 5% of companies in our industry.
Mental Health and Wellbeing
All senior leaders at Raconteur have undergone mental health training from Mind (the mental health charity). We also have a number of fully accredited mental health first aiders within the business (certified through St John's Ambulance).
In 2018 we signed the 'Time to Change Employer Pledge' in order to demonstrate our commitment to change how the world thinks and acts about mental health in the workplace, and make sure that employees who are facing these problems feel supported.
Raconteur also has an internal team of Wellbeing & Inclusion Champions who act as a point of support for our staff and organise regular activities to stimulate good mental health.
