We offer leadership training to our emerging leaders to ensure we are supporting a diverse range of our workforce into more senior roles, rather than headhunting externally.
Employee resource groups
We have employee resource groups to empower employees from underrepresented groups to educate us on how to improve work conditions and to offer an opportunity to connect with others in their community. All employee resource groups are assigned a budget to achieve their objectives.
Inclusion & Wellbeing Champions
This is a cross-department group whose task it is to bring visibility to DE&I issues, promote accountability and drive change. This is achieved through various activities, events and initiatives throughout the year.
We have an anonymous feedback tool that regularly asks employees how we are doing against our DE&I objectives. We want everyone who works here to help shape Raconteur. As well as the traditional forms of getting feedback, such as one-to-one and team meetings, we want to ensure everyone is comfortable giving their honest and full opinion. The results are presented on a quarterly basis to the whole company and used to drive change, as well as celebrate what we’re doing well.
We offer a range of benefits and perks that are carefully chosen to support a diverse range of people. These include enhanced maternity and paternity leave, a highly flexible, remote-working policy; a ‘work anywhere’ policy; nursery benefit; and private healthcare that disregards all pre-existing conditions.
