It is mandatory for our Leadership team to undertake unconscious bias training to develop inclusive leadership qualities and to ensure they are implemented in how we work day-to-day.
All our managers and emerging leaders take part in external training to equip them with core managerial skills to support their team and promote integration.
Neurodiversity in the Workplace Training
Our managers play an important role in ensuring we create an environment that is inclusive and supportive of neurodivergent conditions. We partner with external experts to provide support and advice with working with neurodivergent employees so that they can thrive in their roles and feel integrated.
